We strive to make each visit to our dealership as convenient and pleasant as possible, with a newly-updated customer lounge, hot coffee, Internet access, shuttle services, rental vehicles and loaners, and a complimentary car wash with Saturday service. We want to make your experience a positive one, and your feedback is welcome.

Charles Goldsmith—Service Manager A highly trained and experienced Service Manager, Charlie came to DeVoe in 2009 after a successful career of over 19 years in dealerships in varying service positions. His degree in Business Management helps him maintain the highest level of professionalism, and he believes in the motto “If we don’t take care of our customers, someone else will.” Charlie ensures customer satisfaction and takes his job of managing a successful and highly accredited service team very seriously. Originally from Memphis, TN, Charlie is the definition of a southern gentleman, and married to a wonderful gal. Charlie enjoys volunteering for the Marine Corps League in his free time. Ben DeVoe—Assistant Service Manager Ben is a new addition to our award winning service department. Ben brings 4 years of experience to DeVoe and has worked here for a total of three years. Ben has performed many different jobs at the DeVoe dealerships and we are happy to have his smiling face in our service department once again. Ben enjoys outdoor activities, surfing, working on his own Subaru, Subaru meets, biking and the beach. Ben and his wife have two precious boys, a dog and three cats. Gregory Prudente—Assistant Service Manager New to the DeVoe Automotive team, Greg is originally from Ozone Park, Queens New York, and brings us 6 years of automotive experience. Greg has several awards including Mark Of Excellence, 2011 Top Honors GM Training, Service Consultant Silver-Gold and Bronze levels and many more. When Greg is not attending to customers on the service drive, he enjoys music, sporting events and collecting memorabilia, but his real passion is cooking. Greg has two daughters, whom he is very proud of. Greg was formerly on the board of directors of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber and Rotary Club. George Allen—Service Advisor George joined the DeVoe Automotive family in 1984, shortly after beginning his career in the automotive business. He graduated from the General Motors Advisor School and has trained extensively within the DeVoe Training Facility, a benefit made available to all employees for increasing their level of mastery. George has been working with General Motors products for his entire career and understands their needs as well as his large customer base. His “complete satisfaction” approach to service is an example to follow. In his spare time, George enjoys playing golf, darts and pool. He is originally from Stockbridge, MI. John Ruth—Service Advisor New to the DeVoe Service department at the Buick GMC and Subaru dealership is John Ruth, joining the team in 2009. He brings with him 30 years servicing vehicles and has been awarded the Platinum GM Service Guild. John plays golf when he isn’t working, and enjoys spending time with his wife, Gerri and daughter, Victoria. |
Larry Carsi—Service Greeter A recent addition to our award winning service staff, Larry joins the DeVoe team bringing 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Larry has been a car man for most of his life, working with Honda, Chrysler and Subaru before coming to DeVoe Buick GMC Subaru. Larry also had a Sports Talk radio show for many years, and spends his free time refereeing high school basketball. He and his wife, Katie, have two children and a dog, named Murphy. Richard Williams—Courtesy Driver Originally from South Portland, ME, Richard joined the DeVoe Automotive team in 1995. He has trained in various departments with the DeVoe Training Center, but these days you can find him in our service department waiting to drive our customers to and from their scheduled service appointments. Richard enjoys playing tennis in his free time, taking advantage of the beautiful year-round climate that Naples provides. |
Wayne Kopren—Service Technician With 28 years of experience servicing vehicles, Wayne joined the DeVoe PBG family in 2009 bringing even more depth to our already highly trained Service team. Wayne is a 100% General Motors Trained Technician; he is an ASE Certified Master Tech, a 10-year “Mark of Excellence” Platinum Level Technician, and was sent to the “Mark of Excellence Experience” in Las Vegas when he was named the top 600 MOE Technicians in the Nation. When Wayne isn’t working or training for a higher education, he can be found fishing, camping, biking or woodworking. Originally from St. Paul Park, MN, Wayne has a wife and a daughter who he loves very much. |

Angel Galicia—Service Technician Angel came to DeVoe Buick and GMC in 2008 after spending 6 years in the automotive industry working on various vehicles. Angel is a graduate of the Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology in Naples where he gained his certifications. His main hobby outside of work is art. He is originally from Pueblo, CO. |
Carlos Lora—Service Technician Carlos is one of our VoTech Graduates. He studied cars and their care, and received his degree before coming to work for the DeVoe Automotive family in 2007. Originally from Hidalgo, Mexico, he has a wife and daughter who he loves very much. His main hobby right now is soccer. |
Chet Larkins—Service Technician Originally from St. Louis, MO, Chet adds depth to our extremely talented service department with 8 years experience in the automotive business. Chet came to DeVoe in 2005 and has since then received ASE Certifications in both brakes and suspension, and has gone through extensive General Motors training. His hobbies right now include bowling, and visiting the lovely Naples beaches with his family and friends. |
Aroman Fogel—Service Technician Aroman is a native Neapolitan and has been with DeVoe for a year. He brings three years of automotive experience to DeVoe and is a Vo-Tech graduate. He likes to be known as "Your friendly neighborhood Subie Tech". When he is not under the hood of a Subaru, Aroman enjoys, fishing, racing and four-wheeling. |

Jacques Joseph—Service Technician We are very excited to have Jacques back on the DeVoe team. Jacques has worked for DeVoe a total of 11 years and has 15 years of experience. Jacques is GMC, Pontiac, Buick and Subaru trained and went to school to be an auto technician. He enjoys traveling, playing soccer and basketball. Jacques has a very large that he loves spending time with. He is involved in the Catholic church and is originally from St. Marie, Haiti. |
Nicholas Zaremba—Service Technician New to our service tech team, Nicholas has a Moto/ATV diploma from WYOTECH. He enjoys diesel trucks and just about anything that's 4x4. Nicholas likes hanging out with his younger brother. |
Ryan McAllister—Lube Technician One of our many Naples natives, Ryan joined the DeVoe Automotive team in 2008 after training in automotive studies at VoTech. He is Ayes Certified and does a great job proving his work ethic to his superiors. When he isn’t working on trucks at home, he can be found four-wheeling in what is left of the wooded areas of Naples. |
Tyrone Green—Detail Reggie joined the DeVoe Automotive family in 1998. He works in our detail department, making cars look better than new with his tricks in the trade. You can tell he enjoys what he does based on the smile on his face when he brings a finished sparkling vehicle back to a customer. Reggie enjoys all sports. He is originally from Immokalee, FL, and is married. |

Casey LaRoque—Detail A hardworking young man, Casey works in the detail department of our Buick, GMC and Subaru location. He works closely with our service department to ensure all customers who bring their car in for service and detail are extremely satisfied with his work. Casey came to the DeVoe organization in 2009 looking to grow his career with a family business. He has a dog that is his number one fan. |
Edmund Charles—Detail New to the DeVoe Automotive family and a Naples native, Edmund works hard to make the new car inventory and DeVoe customer vehicles look like they did the day they were sent from the factory. With more than 9 years in the automotive industry, Edmund enjoys what he does for the DeVoe Buick, GMC and Subaru location. When he isn’t at work, Edmund likes to play and watch soccer, and to play the drums. Edmund is married, and is an Usher at the Restoration Church of Naples. |
Mary Cox—Service Appointment Coordinator Mary is one of the beautiful smiling faces that greet DeVoe customers as they bring their car in for service or repair. Joining the DeVoe Automotive family in 2005, Mary has worked in the automotive business since 1995. She is happy to help customers plan and schedule their service or Collision Center needs and her customers report they can hear her smile in her voice. Mary’s hobbies include walking, ballroom dancing, doll collecting and her most favorite past time is talking to her 7 children and 22 grandchildren! Rhonda Boehmer—Appointment Coordinator Born in Columbus, Ohio, Rhonda is relatively new to our area and has been with DeVoe for over a year. Although new to SWFL, she is not new to the auto industry and brings 13 years of experience to DeVoe. She has received the honor of the GM Mark of Excellence award for all three years she participated. Rhonda's hobbies are drawing, reading and fishing. She has a beautiful daughter, who is her world. Edilberto Lora—Maintenance Edilberto is the go to guy at DeVoe Buick GMC and Subaru. Edilberto has been maintaining our facility for a little over a year and is always busy. When he is not fixing up the dealership, Edilberto enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his two kids. |
