Chris Rozsas—General Manager A 13 year veteran of DeVoe Automotive, Chris has proven his outstanding work ethic since 1998 by working his way up from Sales to Sales Manager to General Manager. He is rooted in hard work and understands the needs of his diverse workforce. Chris is a multiple time winner of the GM Mark of Excellence Award and encourages his sales team to achieve awards as well. Originally from Torrington, CT, his hobbies include attending football games and Nascar races, and he is a member at St. Williams Church in Naples. Mike Rothermel—Used Car Manager A testament that a loving family sticks together, Mike re-joined his brother Chris in the DeVoe organization after having spent 10 years with us in the 1990’s. He is highly decorated in sales, having been awarded salesman of the month, salesman of the year, #1 in sales for the year, and top ten salesmen in the country. He has worked as a truck manager, a sales manager, and as a salesman he once sold 36 vehicles in one month. Mike was recently married in early 2010 and has 5 children. When he isn’t selling trucks or being a dad, he likes to help coach Pop Warner football, help at the local YMCA, help at the Battered Woman’s program and he believes in helping families each year at Christmas time. David Parker—New Car Sales Manager David joined the DeVoe Automotive family in mid-2008 after a successful career in Finance Management and Sales Management in the auto industry outside of Florida. He manages an expertly trained and highly loyal sales staff of great reputation. David has received his General Motors Sales Manager Certification and his General Motors Used Car Manager Certification. His interests outside of the workplace focus generally around sports, particularly Nascar and football. David is from Fremont, IN, and is married with two children. Scott McHenry—Finance and Insurance Manager With nearly 14 years in the automotive business, Scott joined the DeVoe Buick, GMC and Subaru dealerships as their Finance and Insurance expert in 2008. His degree in Business Management gives Scott the competitive advantage over other financing advisors. Vincent Caltagirone—Internet Sales Manager A 23 year DeVoe veteran, Vince has done just about everything in the dealership. A man of many skills, Vince currently helps direct online inquiries and sales into future happy DeVoe customers. He is a Professional Sales Master, has received the GM Mark of Excellence, and is a Certified GM Internet Sales Manager. Vince is originally from Tampa, FL, and is a graduate of USF with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. He is interested in politics, the collection and shooting of firearms, spending time with his family and grandchildren barbequing and fishing. Tom Fiore—New Car Sales Tom’s life revolves around cars, from selling them, to working on them, even to reveling in what makes each vehicle so unique. Tom came to the DeVoe Automotive family in 1999 to begin what can be described as a very successful career in finding and keeping customers for DeVoe. Since 2000, he has become GM Trained and Certified in the following positions: Certified Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Internet Manager and Commercial Fleet manager. Matt also received the Mark of Excellence Award for the last 9 years. When he isn’t working, Matt is a musician and a drummer. Originally from Youngstown, OH, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family, who also live in beautiful sunny Naples. John Flanagan—New Car Sales New to the DeVoe Automotive family, John joins us from Taunton, MA, where he began his automotive career many years ago. Upon moving to Naples, he furthered his career in various dealerships in the area, where he was named Salesman of the Month several times, became NADA Certified, and trained in the Joe Veroe Lease and Sales Management program. John received his Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Massachusetts. He and his wife Sandra enjoy walking and visiting area flea markets. John participates in raising money for Veterans, Toys for Tots, and volunteers for Food for the Needy. We welcome John to the DeVoe Automotive family and look forward to his future success. Marion Kline—Title Clerk As title clerk for 5 different brands of vehicles, Marion makes sure new car deals at the Buick, GMC and Subaru dealerships go smoothly and quickly. Originally from Baltimore, MD, she came to the DeVoe Automotive family in 2005 after 25 years in the automotive industry. Marion brings all her experience to her daily interactions. She has been married to her husband Ken for 40 years. Together they have two sons and four grandchildren. She likes to go to the beach, boating, and help with local food drives.
